How do I Set Up my Outbound Email Settings (for CRM AnyTime Hosted CRM)
Q: How do I set up my outbound Email Settings in CRM AnyTime? A: In order to send emails to Contacts and other entities from CRM AnyTime, you must set up your outbound Email service information. After Logging into the System as an administrator, Click the Settings link in the upper right hand corner of the screen.The system will take you to the Settings Screen. When there, locate the bottom section of the page called Configuration. Click on the first link in that section called "Outgoing Mail Server Configuration". Here is where you will set your information for your outbound email. For Outging Email Server, type the name of the mail server you will be sending emails through. Common server names are like mail.myserver.com. Next fill in the User Name and Password that you have been assigned by your mail server administrator for access. Please note, that CRM AnyTime assumes your mail server uses the standard port of 25 for smtp outgoing mail.
