How do I Configure the MS Office Plugin?
Q: How do I configure the MS Office Plugin
A: In order to perform MailMerge with contacts and other entities within CRM AnyTime, you must configure the MS Office Plugin. After installing the plugin, perform the following steps:
1. Start the Microsoft Word.
2. In the Microsoft Word, click the CRM Configuration menu.
3. In the CRM - Configuration dialog under CRM Configuration section, enter the following CRM AnyTime server details:
     • User Name: Enter the user name to log in to CRM AnyTime.
     • Password: Enter the password for the user name.
     • Host Name: Enter the CRM server name, where it is running.
4. In the CRM - Configuration dialog under Configure Proxy to access CRM via Internet section, enter one of the following details:
     • Select the Direct connection to the Internet option if you are connecting CRM AnyTime directly
     • Select the Manual proxy configuration option if you connect CRM AnyTime through proxy. Enter the following details:
         o Address: Type the name or numeric IP address of the proxy server.
         o Port: Type the port number.
         o Proxy User Name: Enter the user name to access the Internet.
         o Password: Enter the password for the user name.
