- Customizable Saved Views – Find yourself searching for the same type of data regularly? Saved views make it easy to define data filters for easy recall. For example, filter for leads that you have already contacted. Display only the fields you are interested in.
- Universal Search Tool – Search across all of the major data categories quickly. Search for “Anderson” and find account “Anderson Construction”, contact “Bob Anderson” and opportunity “$100K upsell to Anderson subsidiary”. Universal search allows users to quickly find all data in the system related to their search criteria without having to navigate through individual tabs first.
