ONWEALD, INC. PRIVACY STATEMENT Information Collection and Use Onweald, Inc. is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others except as for disclosed in this statement. Onweald, Inc. collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site. Contact and Accounts Data The privacy, security, and integrity of our Customers' data are our highest priority. Therefore, Onweald, Inc. will not sell, rent, or trade any contact or account data stored in your Onweald account. Information stored by Customers in their Onweald account is available only to members of the Customer's group that are authorized to access the information. Registration In order to use this Web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. Order We request information from the user on our order form or on the Subscription Agreement entered into between Onweald and the Customer. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). Cookies A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information of users while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates, except for cookies created when a user has elected to have their Company Login and User Login remembered. By setting a login cookie, the user would not have to enter this information more than once, saving time by only needing to enter their password each time they return to our site rather than the complete login information. When a Onweald user goes to zapdata.com and requests an import, we share a unique encrypted ID that allows zapdata to tell us into which Onweald account the leads should be placed. Special Offers We send all new users a welcome email to verify their Company Login, User Login, and User Password. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present them with the option to receive these types of communications. Site and Service Updates We also send each user both site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with each user to provide requested services and regarding issues relating to their account via email or phone. Correcting/Updating Personal Information If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as a zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove that user's personal data provided to us. This can usually be done in the user's profile or by contacting Onweald Customer Support Services. Opt-in Email Our users are given the opportunity to opt in to having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information.
