Onweald also offers extended support for the solution including 24X7 phone support and hourly based consulting for customizing the solution to meet specific needs as well as integration of the solution for integration with any other software.
Q: How many users can my company have?
A: Onweald recognizes that as companies grow, many will need additional users added to the system. Onweald's solution supports as many users as your growing organization needs. Onweald's unique technology platform allows for literally limitless computing power to ensure that your instance has all of the computing resources needed to support as many users as you need.
Q: How soon can I expect to be able to log in after I have placed my order?
A: Within one working day of placing your order, you should be able to log in to your administrator account to start adding user to your application.
Q: Will I be notified before my contract renewal date
A: Yes, you will receive a notification email 1 to 2 weeks before your account is set to auto-renew. The exception to this is if you are on a month to month contract in which case you will not receive notification.
Q: Can I access the software from any computer?
A: Yes, however, the computer will need internet access and a modern internet browser. Any browser from the last few years should work fine.)
Q: How do I get updates to the software installed?
A: Onweald support specialists will continually monitor the open source community for updates, and regularly apply them to your account at no additional charge.
